Our body shop can work directly with most insurance companies and will simplify the claims process for you. We offer the convenience of onsite rental cars and also have loaner vehicles including a Honda Civic available for those without rental car coverage on their policy.
Tachoir Auto Body offers free estimates Monday through Friday from 8am to 4:30pm, which generally takes only 15-30 minutes. During this process we will assess any major or minor damage that may have occurred to your Honda vehicle and take the necessary photos to document damages for the claim. Included in this assessment is an evaluation of the safety & drivability of the vehicle.
A non-drivable vehicle is one that insurance would deem as unsafe to continue operating after the accident. Several factors may lead a vehicle to be non-drivable including but not limited to inoperable head lamps, doors, or anything else that would cause a vehicle to become unsafe to continue operating. If during the estimating process your vehicle is deemed to be a non-drivable vehicle, usually the insurance company will allow us to begin repairs immediately and place the customer into a rental vehicle if they have rental car coverage.
If the vehicle is drivable, we will order the parts for repairs and schedule the customer for the next available date to start repairs.
